To achieve this, we permanently seek innovation and continuous improvement, through training and teamwork, as well as actively participating in local initiatives for the sustainable development of Cafayate.
We ensure that we comply with current applicable regulations related to the environment and biodiversity, historical and cultural heritage, safety and health, and other regulations applicable to our activity. Likewise, we assume the principles of sustainable tourism defined in the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism+20. We identify and strive to prevent and minimize our environmental impacts through good practices in the use of resources, waste management, and conservation of our environment. We also invite our guests to help us value the natural and cultural resources of our region and take care of them. We promote local development by supporting producers in our region, prioritizing purchasing from local or eco-friendly suppliers, always within a fair trade framework.
Because Iraola Hotel Boutique is not only a place to relax for those who visit Cafayate, it is also the natural heritage of all its inhabitants, today and tomorrow.
